The following audio files are meditation exercises and mantra tracks that have been extracted from the main webcast teaching. Each audio can be downloaded for your listening convenience in sitting meditation, while you sleep, during a commute, or any time throughout the day you are able to listen.
Daily Meditation Tracks
These audio tracks have been edited for you to use for your daily meditation practice. Dr. Pillai has created a 1-minute, 5-minute, and 20-minute option for you to select as your daily practice.
1. One Minute Meditation
• Keep attention on your sushumna – from the bottom of the spine, to the 3rd eye, and into space and chant to Kala Bhairava to understand time.
• This meditation can be done at any time throughout the day, but it works well to do the meditation each time you check the hora or hear your watch beep.

2. Five Minute Meditation
• This compilation is a quick option for those with busy schedules who want to do a comprehensive daily practice.
• It highlights the sushumna meditation and important sounds from the Arul meditation.
• Practice this meditation at least once a day if you have a busy schedule or throughout the day as your schedule permits.

3. Twenty Minute Meditation
• This option combines the 1 Minute Meditation with the Process Meditation and the Arul Jothi sounds.
• Reflect on the timeline indicators (feeders) currently influencing your life and use the Arul Jothi sounds for unlimited consciousness, energy and power.
• It is recommended to do this meditation at least one time daily. You can listen to the meditation in the morning, afternoon, night, or even while you sleep.
